1. Authorization to Photograph & Record

Releasing Party authorizes RLC, its employees, representatives, and authorized marketing partners to photograph, film, and otherwise document the renovation, improvement, or related services performed at the above-referenced property.

Documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Before-and-after photographs

• Project progress and behind-the-scenes footage

• Completed renovations and finished spaces

• Architectural details, materials, finishes, and craftsmanship

• Photographs and videos of interior and exterior project areas

2. Marketing & Promotional Use

Releasing Party grants RLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display photographs and videos captured in connection with the project for lawful business, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Authorized uses include, but are not limited to:

• Social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

• RLC's website and online project portfolio

• Digital and print advertising campaigns

• Brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials

• Business listings, professional directories, and industry publications

This permission includes the right to crop, edit, format, and combine content with text, graphics, music, or other marketing elements, provided that such use does not materially misrepresent the completed work.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

RLC agrees to exercise reasonable care in protecting Releasing Party’s privacy.

RLC will not intentionally publish the Releasing Party’s full name, exact property address, personal documents, security access information, or other sensitive identifying details without separate authorization.

RLC will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing personal belongings or private information unrelated to the project.

4. Ownership & Use of Content

Photographs and videos created by RLC or its authorized representatives will remain the property of RLC, subject to any third-party rights.

RLC may retain and reuse authorized content for future marketing and portfolio purposes without obtaining additional approval, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

5. Consent, Compensation & Duration

Releasing Party acknowledges that no additional compensation, royalty, or payment is due for the authorized use of photographs or videos under this Agreement.

This authorization remains effective unless Releasing Party withdraws consent in writing for future publication. Any withdrawal will not require RLC to retrieve previously distributed printed materials or remove content already published by independent third parties.

RLC agrees to discontinue new promotional use following receipt of written withdrawal and to remove content from RLC-controlled digital channels within 30 days, where reasonably practicable.

6. Third-Party Rights & Authorization

Releasing Party represents that they are the property owner or an authorized representative with sufficient authority to permit photography and the marketing use described in this Agreement.

This Agreement does not authorize the commercial use of any individual's identifiable image, voice, or likeness without that individual's separate consent.
